Membership Details
Billing
Your membership fee is billed automatically each month to the card on file on your enrollment date. Discounts apply automatically at checkout. Gratuities are not included.
Declined Payment
Minimum Commitment
Membership begins with a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, it continues month-to-month and may be canceled without penalty.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested by email at least 7 days before the next billing date. Cancellations are not processed verbally. Unused services are forfeited upon cancellation.
Membership Credit
Ongoing Billing
Membership continues until you request a freeze or cancellation directly through Zen Motion Spa during business hours.
Gifting and Freezing
Services are non-transferable month to month. However, if you cannot use a service, you may gift that month’s service to a friend or family member by arranging the booking with us.
